Easy Exercises for Great Legs
I’m going to start doing these exercises at least 3 times a week. It should only take about 30 minutes to get through them, so I figure that’s a good starting point for now. You can do these during your lunch hour, after getting home from work or maybe in the morning to get your blood pumping.
My goal is 2 sets of 20 per session for each of these, over time I’ll work up to more. This is just to get started.
Basic Lunges. I’m starting these without weights for now.
My calves really need some help. They look large to me, which is fine but there’s no muscle definition, at all.
